From creative arts and crafts to sports, STEM activities and imaginative play, you'll help bring exciting experiences to life while building meaningful connections with children, families and the school community.

You'll also have a supportive team around you, with regular guidance from your Regional Manager and access to training and resources to help you feel confident in your role.

Availability for both morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, is essential for this position.

We're ideally looking for someone to commence in December 2026, however we're happy to discuss an earlier start date for the right candidate!

As Coordinator, you'll take the lead in creating a service where children feel safe, supported and excited to attend each day.

You'll guide and support your team of Educators, plan fun and engaging activities, and build positive relationships with children, families and the school community.

You'll also oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring children enjoy a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.

  • Supportive Leadership: You'll have regular guidance, coaching and practical support from your Regional Manager, so you're never leading alone.
  • Career Growth: Access paid training, professional development and opportunities to progress within JAG.
  • Family-Friendly Benefits: Enjoy 10 weeks of paid parental leave and up to 50% off childcare fees.
  • Wellbeing & Lifestyle Perks: Save on gym memberships, health insurance and everyday shopping.
  • Referral Rewards: Earn up to $750 cash for each successful employee referral.
