Helping Hands Chapel Hill is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our growing Helping Hands service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team.
This is a permanent, full-time role working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 25 hours of dedicated non‑contact administrative time to support your success.

The service has a dedicated OSHC space, with access to shared indoor and outdoor areas that encourage exploration and play.
