Helping Hands Chapel Hill is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our growing Helping Hands service. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you’ll shape culture, drive quality, and make a genuine difference in the lives of children and your team.
This is a permanent, full-time role working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 25 hours of dedicated non‑contact administrative time to support your success.

Chapel Hill Helping Hands welcomes up to 100 children each afternoon in a fun, energetic and nature-inspired environment. The service has a dedicated OSHC space, with access to shared indoor and outdoor areas that encourage exploration and play.
