职位描述

• 负责 MPU 侧 OS 平台基础软件机制的开发、适配与优化，包括运行监控、异常检测、健康管理、故障隔离、降级运行、异常快速恢复等能力。 Responsible for the development, adaptation, and optimization of basic software mechanisms for OS platforms on MPU, including runtime monitoring, anomaly detection, health management, fault isolation, degraded operation, rapid anomaly recovery, and related capabilities. - 负责面向不同平台变种、车型变种及业务应用部署需求，完成平台化 OS 机制的方案设计、参数配置与运行策略优化，平衡系统安全性、可用性和稳定性。 Responsible for solution design, parameter configuration, and runtime policy optimization of platform OS mechanisms for different platform variants, vehicle variants, and application deployment requirements, balancing system safety, availability, and stability. - 负责操作系统平台机制与业务应用软件的集成开发与联调，完成接口适配、配置联调、运行监控打点及日志/trace 能力建设，支撑机制有效落地和运行状态可观测。 Responsible for integration development and joint debugging between OS platform mechanisms and application software, including interface adaptation, configuration debugging, runtime monitoring checkpoints, and log/trace capability development, supporting effective mechanism implementation and runtime observability. - 负责 MPU 侧 OS 平台机制相关软件问题的分析、修复与闭环，包括程序流异常、Trap、任务/进程异常、健康监控异常等，持续提升平台机制的稳定性、可靠性和异常恢复能力。 Responsible for analyzing, fixing, and closing software issues related to OS platform mechanisms on MPU, including program flow anomalies, traps, task/process exceptions, and health monitoring anomalies, while continuously improving the stability, reliability, and anomaly recovery capability of platform mechanisms. - 负责平台机制测试验证、稳定性优化、自动化分析工具开发及工程经验沉淀，提升机制开发效率、测试覆盖度和问题定位效率。 Responsible for platform mechanism testing and validation, stability optimization, automated analysis tool development, and engineering experience accumulation to improve mechanism development efficiency, test coverage, and issue localization efficiency.

职位要求

本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子工程、自动化、车辆工程、控制工程、功能安全或相关专业。 Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Control Engineering, Functional Safety, or related fields. 具备 4 年及以上嵌入式软件、基础软件、操作系统、MPU 平台软件或汽车电子软件开发/测试经验 At least 4 years of experience in embedded software, basic software, operating systems, MPU platform software, or automotive electronics software development/testing. 熟悉嵌入式 OS和中间件 例如嵌入式 Linux/QNX/AUTOSAR AP 等，理解进程/线程、调度、异常处理、资源隔离、健康监控、故障恢复等基础机制。 Familiar with embedded OS and Middleware such as embedded Linux, QNX, or AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform, with an understanding of processes/threads, scheduling, exception handling, resource isolation, health monitoring, and fault recovery mechanisms. 熟悉 C/C++ 开发，具备 Python 或 Shell 脚本能力，能够支持日志分析、数据处理、问题排查或自动化测试工作。 Proficient in C/C++ development, with Python or Shell scripting skills to support log analysis, data processing, issue troubleshooting, or automated testing.
