Orthopedic Surgeon – General

Location: Northwest Indiana (Hobart & Valparaiso)
Commute: 45–60 minutes from downtown Chicago

A well-established and growing healthcare system in Northwest Indiana is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a collaborative, physician-led group practice

This is a full-time, employed position offering a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with flexibility to tailor your practice and pursue subspecialty interests.

Schedule & Clinical Details

• Monday – Friday schedule (flexible)
• Clinic volume: ~30 patients per day
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Call rotation: 1:6

• EPIC EMR across all settings with advanced functionality
• HIMSS Stage VII designation (top-tier system achieved by ~5% of hospitals)
• Fully integrated system with strong administrative and clinical support

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
