Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a motivated and compassionate Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the exceptional orthopedic team at Finger Lakes Health in Geneva, New York This is an outstanding opportunity for a provider looking to build or expand a career in orthopedic medicine while working alongside experienced physicians in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

In this role, you will evaluate patients, assist in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, develop treatment plans, provide pre- and post-operative care, and support orthopedic procedures. Offering a competitive salary of $115,000 – $135,000 annually, this position is ideal for both new graduates and early-career providers eager to gain valuable experience while making a meaningful impact on patients' mobility and quality of life.

Required Qualifications

• 
  Active and unrestricted New York State Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
• 
  National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NCCPA for PAs).
• 
  Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license.
• 
  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 
  Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• 
  Less than one (1) year of clinical experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 
  Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• 
  Ability to collaborate effectively with orthopedic surgeons and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  Clinical rotation or previous experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, emergency medicine, or surgical services.
• 
  Experience performing joint injections, splinting, casting, or other orthopedic procedures.
• 
  Familiarity with musculoskeletal assessments and orthopedic treatment plans.
• 
  Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• 
  Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered orthopedic care.
