Orthodontic Experts is seeking a motivated Orthodontist to join our growing team in Wisconsin. This position is designed for clinicians who not only want to practice exceptional orthodontics but also build long-term value through ownership. You’ll step into an established patient base, supported by experienced staff and robust marketing, while pursuing a structured work-to-equity pathway

Compensation & Partnership Pathway

• Compensation: $2,000-2,500 per day (combination of daily base plus bonding bonuses)
• Equity model: Clear timeline to partnership ownership in the practice (typically 2–3 years)
• Joint venture opportunities: Ability to open and co-own new locations under the
• Orthodontic Experts brand

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality orthodontic care with a patient-first approach
• Collaborate with a skilled clinical team and office staff
• Contribute to practice growth through patient engagement and community involvement
• Participate in leadership and management as you transition toward ownership

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Specialty certificate in Orthodontics
• Active (or eligibility for) Wisconsin dental license
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice ownership
