About the Opportunity

Orthodontic Experts is launching new practices in Michigan and is seeking an entrepreneurial Orthodontist to join as a founding doctor. This is a startup joint venture opportunity — you will be stepping in at the ground floor to build a new practice with the full backing of Orthodontic Experts’ operational, marketing, and administrative infrastructure. Unlike a traditional associate role, this position is designed as a work-to-equity pathway that allows you to help shape the practice from day one and grow into ownership.

Compensation & Partnership Pathway

• Compensation: $2,000-2,500 per day (combination of daily base plus bonding bonuses)
• Startup joint venture equity model: Clear timeline to co-ownership (typically 2–3 years)
• Long-term growth: Ability to expand into multi-location partnerships as the Michigan market develops

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered orthodontic care in a new, modern facility
• Collaborate with Orthodontic Experts’ management and marketing teams to grow the practice
• Help establish and build the patient base through community engagement and outreach
• Take on leadership responsibilities as the practice scales toward co-ownership

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Specialty certificate in Orthodontics
• Active (or eligibility for) Michigan dental license
• Entrepreneurial drive to help launch and grow a new practice
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
