Premier Dental Center in New Braunfels is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time! In this role, you will act as a Treatment Coordinator for our ortho team a few days per week while helping our general team as a Patient Coordinator the remaining days.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
• A warm, personable, and outgoing personality with a reliable, detail-oriented approach

Schedule: Full-Time

• Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
• Fridays Optional 8am-5pm
• Saturdays (2-3/month) 8am-2pm

Compensation: $22-$24/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
• Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
• Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service

Qualifications:

• 1 year of previous experience as an orthodontic treatment coordinator
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
• Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
• Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)

Pay Range

USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
