Overview
We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Registered Dental Assistant to join our team.
This role requires strong chairside orthodontic experience along with the ability to support digital scanning & in-house printing.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities.
Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside orthodontic assisting, including bracket adjustments, appliance delivery (RPE, Herbst), and retainer bonding
- Digital scanning for appliances and aligners using an iTero scanner
- In-house printing and fabrication of retainers (Essix and Hawley)
- Take panoramic and cephalometric X-rays and intraoral photos
- Prepare and educate patients on treatment and appliance care
- Maintain accurate records and follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
- Minimum 1 year of orthodontic chairside experience
- Experience with digital scanning and orthodontic workflows
- Comfortable assisting with in-house printing processes
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with dental software and electronic records
