We are seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant with prior dental experience who thrives in a fast-paced, structured clinical environment. In this role, you will work directly with doctors, support daily clinical operations, and help ensure patient safety, efficiency, and treatment accuracy.

Perform sterilization procedures according to OSHA and clinical guidelines
Prepare accurate and organized tray setups for procedures
Obtain diagnostic records including X-rays, intraoral scans, photographs, and impressions
Provide chairside assistance under supervision of the treating doctor
Enter clear, accurate clinical notes in patient charts
Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
Perform basic lab duties including fabrication of Essix retainers
Prepare and document lab cases to ensure timely turnaround
Maintain operatory readiness and cleanliness at all times
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months dental experience
Experience taking dental X-rays
Understanding of dental terminology and procedures
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to perform in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred:
Orthodontic experience
State-required dental assistant licensure (if applicable)
Experience with digital scanning technology
Proficiency in dental software systems

We operate in a patient-centered model. Many of our patients are children and working adults, so peak demand occurs after school, after work, and on some Saturdays.
Work Hours: Full Time including some Saturdays Local travel between offices may be required.
Starting at $22.00 per hour. Final offer based on experience and qualifications.
