Experience & Key Responsibilities:

• Assist orthodontist chairside during procedures, including adjustments, banding, and appliance placement
• Take and process orthodontic records such as impressions, photos, and digital scans
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control protocols
• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment expectations
• Monitor patient progress and support treatment flow to ensure efficient daily scheduling
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with children and families
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
