We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our Gilbert office on a part-time basis.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to work from one dedicated office location.

Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures
• Take digital X-rays, impressions, intraoral scans, and clinical photographs
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment
• Follow OSHA, infection-control, and sterilization standards
• Place and remove orthodontic appliances as directed by the orthodontist
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and the proper care of braces, aligners, and other appliances
• Accurately document treatment notes and patient progress
• Help maintain inventory and an organized, efficient clinical area
• Provide an exceptional patient experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• Previous orthodontic assisting experience is required
• Current Arizona dental assisting credentials preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
