What You’ll Do:
- Assist orthodontists with procedures such as X-rays, impressions, and placing braces
- Prepare and maintain instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
- Provide chairside support—especially for children and patients who need a little extra comfort
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and how to care for their orthodontic appliances
- Document treatment plans and patient progress
- Support the orthodontist’s schedule and help manage supplies
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in orthodontics is required
- Dental assisting certification (COA, RDA, CDA) is a plus
- Completion of a dental assisting program is preferred, but not required
- A friendly, compassionate approach with patients of all ages
