We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who will support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to join our team in Aspropyrgos.

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible to support the day-to-day warehouse operations, act as the link between the Warehouse, Transport Office, and Move Coordinators to ensure the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing household goods, accurate record-keeping, and smooth execution of daily activities.

Responsibilities:

• Review the following day's schedule and coordinate with Move Coordinators, the Dispatch Office, and the warehouse team.
• Monitor, update, and file customer records and related documentation.
• Check and record incoming and outgoing household goods, deliveries, and vehicle loading operations.
• Photograph, record, and report any damage or discrepancies and update the relevant Bingo Sheets.
• Update the company's information system, maintain electronic records, and issue Delivery Notes.
• Assist with the proper placement and management of stored household goods and packing materials.
• Supervise and coordinate crating, palletizing, and load preparation activities.
• Assist customers during the process of sorting or accessing their stored household goods.
• Participate in regular inspections and inventories of stored household goods and materials.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities on a daily basis.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of the English language.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Comfortable using electronic systems and performing data entry.
• Ability to work daily in both an office and warehouse environment.
• Experience in warehouse management and/or storage record management.
• Familiarity with ERP / EBS systems will be considered a significant advantage.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or International Relations (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or a moving company.
