We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Elefsina, serving as the very first point of contact for our clients and playing a key role in turning enquiries into booked moves.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will engage confidently with private clients, corporate stakeholders, and international partners, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt, professional, and client-focused support.
• Gather client requirements, coordinate home surveys and prepare and present tailored service solutions and quotations.
• Build strong relationships with private clients, corporate teams and international partners.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-up and client interactions in company systems.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial enquiry to active relocation file.
• Represent the company with professionalism and consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with Move Management Systems, will consider a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Commercially aware, with a strong customer-focused approach and an understanding of the client journey.
• Highly organised, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, professional and solutions-oriented approach.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, sales or another client-facing role.
• Fluent in Greek and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
