Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Weekend OR/PACU RN to join our team at Ovation Fertility in Nashville, Tennessee.

• Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday, with schedule times being dependent upon the case load (4 hour guarantee each day), with holidays required that fall on the weekend of work

In this role, the Weekend OR/PACU RN will:

• Utilize advanced assessment skills to formulate patient care plans and identify patient care problems
• Perform initial preoperative assessment, develop a plan of care, and explain the subsequent phases of surgery
• Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation
• Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed
• Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members
• Provide patient education

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.

Qualifications and Skills Include:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2-3 years of clinical experience in Operating, Procedure Room or PACU strongly preferred
• Strong technical and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
• Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
