Assets Based Finance (ABF) Europe is a primary origination business that provides asset financing and ABS capital markets solutions to clients. It is a mature Franchise to longstanding relationships, and multiple facilities.

The diverse nature of our client base (bank and non-bank financials) means that each deal is very different, involves operational and structural complexity and is extremely time intensive to ensure the appropriate level of diligence and monitoring is performed correctly.

This is a client-facing role in the European Capital Markets team, part of the broader ABF franchise.

Your key responsibilities

• Support execution of business strategy
• Aid the origination, structuring and execution of transactions
• Interface and collaborate with other areas within the Bank, including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Operations to obtain deal related approvals and ensure the effective operation of the business

Your skills and experience

• Degree educated and/or relevant sector/industry experience
• An ability to think creatively and apply the same to financial structures
• Strong technical and analytical ability
• Understanding of, and the ability to understand changes to, macro market and industry trends
