About the company:

OriginOne.AI is an American health tech company that develops Artificial Intelligence solutions for medical testing and corporate compliance, particularly in regulated environments.

In simple terms, they help organisations manage and automate processes such as workplace drug testing and other clinical tests required by legal or internal compliance frameworks.

What do they do in practice?

• Digitise and automate corporate testing processes
• Build tools for managing and validating test results
• Support Medical Review Officers in interpreting results
• Handle sensitive clinical data with a strong focus on security and regulatory compliance
• Ensure traceability and adherence to legal standards

Requirements:

Ideal Background

• ~3–4 years of experience as a product designer
• Strong understanding of cross-team collaboration
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills (C1/native English required)
• Assertive, cordial, charismatic communicator
• Strong critical thinking
• Comfortable navigating complexity
• Experience in multiple IT domains is an obligation
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a nice-to-have
• Curiosity to learn and work with Shape Up

Nice-to-Have

• Background combining Design + Product (e.g., 3 years as Designer + 3 years in Product would be ideal)
• Experience in occupational health or regulated industries
