Job Description

The Organizational Support Manager provides dedicated project coordination and operational support to the a Capacity Engineering team, enabling a globally distributed workforce across 24+ data center sites to sustain delivery momentum and execute cross-functional programs. This role owns milestone tracking, reporting, roadmap coordination, and XFN follow-up — ensuring engineers stay focused on their highest-value work: rack delivery execution and exception handling.

In this role, you will serve as the single coordination point between Capacity Engineering and its cross-functional partners, consolidating what would otherwise be 24 individual site threads into one structured communication channel. Your ability to drive operational clarity, manage competing priorities across concurrent programs, and deliver consistent reporting to leadership will be critical to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Director and senior leaders to develop and maintain a unified roadmap, aligning site-level priorities with org-wide capacity targets, OKR integration, and cross-functional program milestones.

  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve overall operational effectiveness.

  • Communication: Serve as the central coordination point for cross-functional partners, consolidating communication across multiple sites and ensuring consistent visibility into priorities, progress, and dependencies.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Develop & maintain centralized dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all sites, leveraging data analysis and visualization skills to provide consolidated leadership reporting and inform decision-making.

  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion, quality outcomes, and alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Program Milestone Tracking: Maintain structured tracking of cross-organizational program milestones, dependencies, and readiness assessments, proactively flagging risks and ensuring delivery momentum across concurrent initiatives.

  • Resource Allocation & Workforce Optimization: Support resource allocation and workload balancing across sites, ensuring engineers remain focused on high-value delivery work by absorbing coordination, task tracking, and XFN follow-up responsibilities.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the organization's ability to achieve its goals and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex project challenges.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets.

Industry Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in a leadership or program coordination role, preferably in infrastructure, data center operations, or large-scale technology deployment environments.

  • Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets (e.g., $1M+).

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the specific industry.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar discipline is highly desirable.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or relevant certification) is strongly preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel (10–25%) to client sites or other company locations as needed.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines require.

Salary Range

$92,880.00 - $154,800.00 USD (Salary)

  • Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
  • Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
