Job Title: Organizational Performance Specialist (IMP)

Location: Bicol Region

The Organizational Performance Specialist (OPS) is responsible for the consolidation and validation of the entire performance data and documents of Ikabuhi Microfinance Program (IMP) in the zone) to provide the management factual information and which ensures accurate and comprehensive reports. The OPS is also responsible for the Performance Management System (PMS) orientation for newly regularized/promoted staff; and coordination/ communication of all department/staff concerns with relation to PMS-IMP.

Required Qualifications:

• A graduate of any four 4-year Business related course preferably BS Business Administration or BS Psychology.
• At least 2-year experienced in HR
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
