Job Description

Schedule

Monday- Friday dayshift, at least 20 hours per week.

General Summary

Coordinates and conducts training programs on an "as needed" basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Functions as lead instructor during training by coordinating the activities of the instructors during classes.
  • Facilitates the delivery of System-wide education programs.
  • Maintains appropriate credentialing for educational role.
  • Uses feedback from program evaluation mechanisms to improve performance.

Common Expectations:

  • Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.
  • Fulfills annual minimum scheduling requirements, if applicable.
  • Takes responsibility for the cleanliness and appearance of education facilities and properly maintains department equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED Appropriate formal education according to course(s) taught. Required

Licenses:

  • Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
  • Certified BLS Instructor Upon Hire Required and
  • Ped Adv Life Support Upon Hire Required and
  • Ped Adv Life Support Instructor Upon Hire Required
