Job Description

Organizational Learning & Development

Onsite: Worcester, MA

Pay range $70-85k

What if you could shape how an entire organization learns?

  • Not just deliver training
  • Not just update slides
  • But architect experiences that change how leaders lead, how teams collaborate, and how mission comes to life

At Ascentria Care Alliance, our workforce serves seniors, families, and vulnerable communities across New England. The quality of that service depends on the capability, confidence, and growth of our people.

We are building the future of learning here — and we’re looking for someone who wants to help design it.

This Is a Builder Role - You won’t inherit a static training catalog.

You will:

  • Design enterprise-wide leadership development programs
  • Build interactive eLearning that challenges real-world decision-making
  • Facilitate sessions that energize and activate managers
  • Translate performance gaps into practical, measurable learning solutions
  • Write SOPs and tools that make complex work clearer
  • Use data to continuously refine and elevate learning impact

This is full-cycle learning craft — from concept to classroom to continuous improvement.

We’re Looking for a Learning Architect in Motion

You are:

  • Skilled in instructional design (ADDIE, SAM, adult learning theory)
  • Confident facilitating in front of diverse audiences
  • Proficient in Articulate Storyline or Rise (portfolio required)
  • Comfortable balancing creativity with operational discipline
  • Energized by building something meaningful, not just maintaining it
  • You care about equity. You care about clarity. You care about impact.

What Success Looks Like

  • Leaders who are better equipped and more confident
  • Staff who feel supported and capable
  • High engagement and measurable skill growth
  • Programs that are professional, modern, and aligned to mission
  • Learning that influences retention, performance, and culture

Why This Work Matters

Our case managers, nurses, direct support professionals, and program leaders are doing life-changing work every day.

The programs you design will directly affect how well they perform, how long they stay, and how confidently they serve.

That’s not a back-office function. That’s strategic workforce stewardship.

If you want creative ownership
If you want influence without positional authority
If you want your learning design to have visible, measurable impact

We want to meet you!

Apply today and help us build learning that builds leaders
