You will be at the center of this evolution as our Organizational Effectiveness & Transformation Leader. You will be responsible for driving organizational transformation through strategic change management, succession planning, and organizational design that aligns strategy, culture, and people. You will lead initiatives to develop leaders at all levels by leveraging transformational leadership principles. You will inspire vision, foster innovation, and build agile, high-performing teams capable of navigating dynamic environments. Here’s what you’ll do:
Drive culture change that reflects our values. Define what “great” looks like for our organization and embed it into every system, process, and conversation.
Shape leadership at the top. Design CEO and executive succession frameworks, readiness pipelines, and development roadmaps that secure our future.
Champion transformation. Build frameworks that help leaders and teams embrace innovative approaches to processes and solutions, focusing on discovering smarter ways forward that enhance efficiency and create positive experiences for employees and stakeholders.
Elevate performance. Continue to evolve performance management processes so goals feel meaningful and drive business impact.
Improve strategic processes. Lead major HR-related transformation projects. Standardize procedures and create simple tools that make it easier for leaders and employes to do their best work.
Develop talent pipelines. Design and deliver high-quality training, apprenticeship, mentorship, and leadership programs.
Collaborate across PWC. Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and department leaders to align people and culture strategies with business priorities.

Proficiency in Office 365 and Oracle HCM.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field. Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or MBA preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in organizational development, change management, or talent management
Certifications (preferred): Prosci Change Management Certification, Lean Six Sigma
