For one of Turkey’s leading holding structures, we are looking for an Organizational Development Specialist to join a well-established and multi-entity organization. In this role, you will actively contribute to organizational design, HR systems development, and performance, compensation, and workforce planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
Creating, maintaining, and updating organizational charts within SAP and SuccessFactors
Taking an active role in SAP-related HR projects and ensuring data accuracy of employee and position information
Conducting job analysis for units and positions; supporting the definition of job descriptions, competency frameworks, and KPIs
Contributing to the development of HR strategies aligned with corporate strategic objectives and supporting the establishment of HR systems accordingly
Supporting strategic workforce planning, headcount/norm staff structures, and job evaluation processes
Supporting the design, review, and development of compensation, benefits, and reward systems through market benchmarking and salary surveys
Analyzing organizational change needs arising from business model changes, growth, or new processes; supporting organizational design, title, and compensation structure updates within corporate HR systems
Supporting HR budgeting processes, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
Contributing to the implementation and operation of the Performance Management System; supporting goal setting and system entries via SuccessFactors
Preparing performance management guidelines, dashboards, and analytical reports
Preparing monthly HR reports such as hires, leavers, leave tracking, and headcount reports
Supporting digitalization and process improvement initiatives within HR
Providing HR support to group companies when needed
Supporting the preparation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures (leave, compensation, benefits, performance, etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering or related fields
Experience in Organizational Development, HR Systems, or related HR functions
Hands-on experience with SAP and/or SuccessFactors
Strong analytical mindset with solid reporting and data analysis skills
Interest and experience in organizational design, performance management, compensation, and workforce planning processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
