Now, we're looking for an Organizational Development Intern.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Internal Communications & Graphic Design

• Content & Asset Creation: Develop creative and professional announcements, posters, and digital engagement assets using graphic design tools, adhering strictly to company brand guidelines and brand voice.
• Information Cascade: Draft, schedule, and dispatch company-wide updates, generic reminders, and internal newsletters across communication channels.
• Copywriting: Utilize creative and technical writing skills to draft compelling internal communications that drive employee participation and alignment.

1. Learning & Development (L&D) Support

• Instructional Design Support: Assist in the L&D cycle by drafting, editing, and designing training presentations and content modules specifically for the Internship Learning Sessions.
• Training Facilitation: Actively participate in facilitator training, shadow seasoned team members, and conduct/co-lead mini-learning and onboarding sessions.
• Classroom & Logistics Management: Coordinate the scheduling, invitations, and digital setups for various training and development sessions.

1. Employee Engagement & Event Coordination

• Ideation & Collaboration: Actively participate in Engagement Committee meetings, contributing proactive ideas for company culture and engagement initiatives.
• On-the-Ground Logistics: Assist in the end-to-end execution, logistical coordination, and asset creation for major engagement activities, including peak seasonal projects (e.g., Holiday Engagement planning).
• Feedback & Documentation: Prepare pre- and post-event communications, design feedback forms, document events in real-time, and analyze/summarize participant feedback into actionable data.

1. Project Management & Administration

• Program Ownership: Lead the full implementation and execution of assigned Internship Program projects, ensuring all deliverables are met within the 8-week framework.
• Data & Tracker Management: Maintain, organize, and update team trackers, digital files, and project documentation for optimal team accessibility and record-keeping.
• Workload Prioritization: Manage multiple overlapping deadlines, demonstrate high time-management proficiency, and ensure seamless task handovers during peak periods.
• Knowledge Transfer: Complete a comprehensive final project presentation (Revalida) detailing key outputs, learnings, and final endorsements to ensure a smooth transition upon offboarding
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
