Target Salary Range $51,000 - $61,000 Per Hour

Scope of Position
The Organizational Development Administrator supports the implementation, delivery and ongoing maintenance of key talent development, talent management and culture related programs to enhance the capabilities of employees through administration of programs, the Learning Management System (LMS), and other applications and portals.
Major Responsibilities
1. Systems and Talent Development Administration
Administer Organizational Development Systems
- Maintain me@alterna learning and development portal, to ensure optimal usability, and troubleshoot issues.
- Liase with external platforms (i.e., P2M, Qualtrics) by working with vendors to implement improvements and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain user profiles on all Organizational Development systems and platforms.
- Assist in set up of e-learning solutions (social learning, webinars, other learning portals, LMS).
- Quality check new and updated eLearning for link integrity, presentation, spelling and grammar.
- Leverage the Learning Management System to register and assign learning across Alterna.
Administer New Employee Onboarding
- Administer new employee onboarding program set-up in collaboration with Human Resources, Compliance and hiring managers.
- Co-ordinate organizational mandatory training program to ensure compliance with role and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure learner profiles are up-to-date in the learning management system with current regulatory training completions.
- Follow-up with managers to ensure appropriate learning and development is taking place with new hires.
- Conduct new employee feedback surveys track trends for continuous program improvements.
- Manage New Hire Kit pricing, purchasing, inventory and distribution.
Team Resource
- Support implementation and execution of new and revised programs per plan.
- Produce, share and escalate compliance reporting and respond to audit requests.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new and updated Organizational Development processes, portals and platforms.
- Refer managers to the Professional Development Policy as a resource in the building of development plans and facilitating professional certifications for roles.
- Ensure OD mailbox service requests are addressed on time and efficiently triaged or solved.
2. Culture Initiatives Administration
Rewards and Recognition
- Administer day-to-day operations of rewards and recognition programs.
- Assists in the design and delivery of rewards and recognition programs that includes but is not restricted to service awards, employee and team recognition programs.
- Administer rewards and recognition portals to ensure alignment to business needs and make recommendations to follow best practices.
Employee Engagement
- Administer annual Employee Engagement Survey technical requirements including survey preparation, participant and role management, internal benchmark updates, development of dashboard filters and preparation of management dashboard cascade.
- Design and develop Pulse or other employee surveys to meet business needs.
3. Data and Analytics
Budget
- Assist in pulling and preparing data for budget planning based on recruiting estimates, contract renewals and other variables.
- Reconcile OD expenses through invoice review, for approval and submission to Accounts Payable.
- Capture expenses in budget and support the creation of accruals for submission to Accounts Payable.
Data
- Support eLearning effectiveness through metric reporting.
- Track, benchmark and report training and development participation.
- Report outstanding and expired requirements.
- Initiate escalation as required.
Qualifications
Educations / Certifications / Experience
- Post-secondary education (or relevant combination of education and experience in a similar role) in Human Resources, Adult Education or Training and Development, preferably a certificate or diploma from a college, university, or a recognized and acceptable supplier of train the trainer courses.
- 2 years’ experience supporting onboarding programs, learning programs, or facilitation in a business environment.
- Expert with excel, powerpoint, and other applications.
- Member of the CSTD or HRPA association is an asset.
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience having coordinated enterprise-wide on-boarding programs and/or certification program(s).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Experience with survey applications (Qualtrics, Suvey Monkey)
- Experience preparing, tracking and managing budgets/forecasts is an asset
- Good working knowledge of fundamental banking practices/processes (credit, deposit, banking system etc) is an asset.
