Process and validate employee status changes, including promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, and benefit amendments, ensuring compliance with approved policies, salary structures, and the Delegation of Authority (DoA) Matrix.
Calculate and administer annual bonus, incentive, and variable pay payments in accordance with approved policies, eligibility criteria, and the applicable DoA approval requirements.
Administer compensation and benefits transactions, including allowance activations/deactivations, salary gross-up calculations, international assignment compensation updates, and other employee entitlement changes.
Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy, prevent duplicate benefit allocations, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and governance requirements.
Maintain compensation and position data integrity by ensuring the correct job codes, grades, salary components, allowances, and benefit entitlements are applied within HR systems and organizational records.
Prepare and analyze monthly reports on allowances, cost-to-company (CTC), manpower costs, compensation changes, bonuses, and benefit expenditures, supporting reconciliations, audits, and management reporting requirements.
Review and monitor compensation-related transactions to ensure promotions, employee status changes, salary adjustments, bonuses, incentives, and benefits are processed accurately and in compliance with approved policies and the Delegation of Authority (DoA) Matrix.
Extensive knowledge of organizational theory, design principles, and best practices to effectively analyze and optimize organizational structures.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for assessing complex organizational challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing innovative design solutions.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools enables the interpretation of organizational data and the presentation of insights to stakeholders.
Experience in project management and change management methodologies enhances the ability to plan and implement organizational design initiatives effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and gaining buy-in for organizational design changes.
ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
