Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Support for the EDP Group’s Organizational Design initiatives, contributing to the definition, development, and implementation of methodologies, processes, tools, and organizational models, while monitoring the continuous evolution of the function and the organization’s transformation needs.
  • Participate in organizational design and redesign projects, supporting the analysis of structures, roles, responsibilities, and operating models.
  • Develop organizational analyses and recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Support the definition and evolution of methodologies, standards, processes, and tools within the Organizational Design function.
  • Prepare executive presentations, supporting documentation, and materials for decision-making forums.
  • Collaborate with different business stakeholders and P&O teams in the implementation of organizational initiatives.
  • Monitor implementation plans, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverables are of high quality, and alignment is maintained among the different stakeholders involved.
  • Support reporting activities, KPI monitoring, and the preparation of information to support decision-making.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in Organizational Design, Human Resources/People & Organization, Management Consulting, or equivalent roles (highly valued).
  • Experience in organizational transformation projects will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Organizational Design and Operating Model principles and methodologies.
  • Strong organizational analysis and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience in preparing executive presentations and structured documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills when working with different stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset, autonomy, and proactivity.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
