Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• • Organizational Design & Job Architecture: Define roles, levels, accountabilities, career paths, and future-state organizational structures

• • Strategic Workforce Planning: Assess future talent needs and develop workforce scenarios to determine the right skills, roles, and workforce composition over the next 3-5 years

• • Skills & Capability Development: Identify critical skills and implement scalable reskilling and upskilling strategies to meet future business needs

• • Change Management & Communications: Support organizational transformation, culture change, and workforce transitions through targeted change and communication plans

Preferred Qualifications

• • Experience with job leveling, role definition, and career path development

• • Ability to develop learning and development strategies to reskill or upskill current talent

• • Experience evaluating current workforce states and identify potential changes in workforce to meet future needs

• • Experience with communications strategies

• • Change Management/Change Leadership experience
