Job Description

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Organizational Change Manager to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Develop and coordinate stakeholder awareness and engagement campaigns supporting the ITM-RC1 Project.
  • Create and maintain communication materials, presentations, promotional content, and awareness campaign artefacts on the Agency portal.
  • Support the development and production of promotional videos and communication products aligned with project objectives.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, track actions, and follow up with project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Areas, Service Owners, Service Delivery Managers, CIS Support Units, and ESOC.
  • Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities through stakeholder engagement, workflow analysis, transition planning, and communications.
  • Ensure communication and awareness activities remain aligned with project implementation and change management objectives.
  • Support project-to-service transition (HOTO) activities, including the coordination and management of project, testing, service, and operational documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports on deliverables, milestones, and documentation status.
  • Perform other related change management, communications, and project support activities as required.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management support, coordination, or a related role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in organizational change management, transformation projects, or stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in awareness campaigns, communications, and supporting video production.
  • Experience developing communication materials and stakeholder engagement activities for large organizations.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and project management practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong meeting coordination, minute-taking, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
