Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support and execute change initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who brings a strong foundation in change management and excels at translating complex initiatives into clear, compelling, and visually impactful PowerPoint presentations.

You will play a key role in driving alignment, clarity, and adoption by owning core deliverables across communications, stakeholder engagement, and training.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Execution

  • Execute components of OCM strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses with moderate guidance
  • Track, analyze, and report on adoption metrics, risks, and feedback
  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements to change approach

PowerPoint Design & Executive Storytelling (Core Focus)

  • Own development of executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates, steering committees, and program communications
  • Translate complex business, technical, or operational content into clear, structured, and visually compelling narratives
  • Design slides that effectively communicate key messages using frameworks, visuals, and data storytelling techniques
  • Elevate and standardize presentation quality across workstreams

Communications & Content Development

  • Develop and manage internal communications (emails, announcements) aligned to the change strategy
  • Create high-quality deliverables such as job aids, FAQs, and quick reference guides
  • Partner directly with stakeholders and SMEs to shape messaging and ensure clarity and consistency

Training & Enablement

  • Design and develop training materials, including presentation decks and supporting resources
  • Support or facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed
  • Incorporate feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, communications, consulting, or related discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with demonstrated experience creating executive-level presentations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and structure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with OCM methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or similar frameworks)
  • Experience working on transformation programs (technology, process, or organizational)
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to incorporate data into storytelling
  • Experience with collaboration and content tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Canva)
