
Mackenzie Health is embarking on a multi-year modernization of its human resources, finance, payroll, and supply chain services to implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). The ERP project is a pillar of enabling exemplary corporate services functions which will provide a backbone of support for the entire Hospital. These services play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources, to enable high quality care, and ensuring Mackenzie Health complies with ever-changing regulations. Corporate services transformation is at the forefront of the organization’s priorities to create a more agile, responsive, and efficient system.
Mackenzie Health is seeking an experienced individual to play a key lead role in this ERP project, focusing on providing leadership, guidance, and expertise in organizational change management. This role is focused on the people side of change. You will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing change interventions and strategies to ensure that Mackenzie Health employees at all levels are equipped to manage the necessary changes needed to meet the ERP objectives. You will also be responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of change management efforts for the program implementation.
This pivotal role will require a seasoned change management professional who has a wealth of experience integrating change management methodologies, developing, and implementing organizational change management strategies and plans (engagement, communications, benefits planning, change management, team member enablement, and training) to ensure a successful transition and adoption of the new technology enabled processes. The OCM Lead is a highly motivated individual who will play a critical role in the overall success of the ERP implementation, by collaborating closely with project team members, business process owners, leaders, and other stakeholders, you will navigate the complexities of organizational change to facilitate a smooth and effective transformation. You will provide planning, support, and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and tracks achievement of objectives and KPIs.
