• Develop and improve organizational performance management systems, KPIs, and processes.
• Support the setting and cascading of company and departmental performance targets.
• Monitor, verify, and consolidate performance data, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Calculate performance scores and prepare analytical reports to support decision-making and incentive allocation.
• Handle performance-related inquiries and ensure proper application of results for bonuses and employee recognition.
• Maintain performance records and systems, ensuring alignment across organizational, team, and individual levels.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• Mandarin proficiency at HSK Level 5 or equivalent
• Proficient in Excel functions and data analysis; familiar with KPI, OKR, and BSC frameworks
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
