Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do

• Ensure proper allocation of workload and resources within the Hardware Design division

• Optimize the distribution of activities across global engineering centers

• Act as a liaison between PMO, Service Managers, and senior leadership

• Manage and analyze large volumes of data using advanced Excel tools

• Guarantee accuracy of executive tools and support transition to final systems

• Prepare and present key messages and summaries for decision-making committees

• Collaborate with global teams and external partners (Turkey, Romania, Brazil, France, India)

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in PMO, project management, or resource/workload planning (5–10 years)

• Strong competencies in workload and workforce planning within complex technical environments

• Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, macros) with the ability to handle and structure large datasets

• Experience working in engineering-driven industries (automotive, aerospace, telecom, or similar)

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with PMO, Service Managers, and senior leadership

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights for decision-making

• Experience working in international, cross-functional environments

• Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
