Maintain Organizational Structure: Develop, update, and manage the company's organizational structure (functional and positional) across all sectors.
- Support Organization Design Changes Recommend and implement organizational restructuring and structural changes in coordination with stakeholders and management.
- Manage Job Descriptions: Create, update, evaluate, and conduct gap analysis for job descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
- Monitor OD Operations & Compliance: Conduct regular audits, ensure data accuracy, maintain quality standards, and resolve organizational design issues proactively.
- System & Documentation Management: Implement approved changes in Oracle and other systems, maintain records, tracking sheets, and proper document archiving.
- Reporting & Workforce Planning: Generate reports, perform data analysis, and support manpower planning activities and approved workforce changes.
- Project & Stakeholder Support: Prepare organizational design documents (CRs, acting assignments, utilization reports, memos, etc.) and provide timely support for assigned projects and business requirement
