The Organization Design Expert – Technology is responsible for designing and optimising technology operating models, organisational structures, governance frameworks, and workforce strategies that enable scalable, high-performing engineering and digital organizations.
This role partners with senior technology and business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, delivery performance, decision-making clarity, and workforce alignment across engineering, product, platform, data, and technology operations functions.
The successful candidate combines deep organization design expertise with practical experience in modern technology environments, including agile delivery models, platform operating models, product-led organizations, and digital transformation programs.
