The role will focus on ensuring the organisation operates effectively across its core functions, with responsibility for planning, workforce leadership, stakeholder engagement, governance, and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, the Organisational Manager will help strengthen delivery capability, support sustainable growth, and ensure alignment between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution.
Requirements
You are a practical and adaptable senior manager with experience leading teams and coordinating business functions in the resources, infrastructure, construction, logistics, utilities, or related sectors You are comfortable working in a regional setting and understand the importance of strong systems, clear communication, and responsive leadership in delivering consistent operational outcomes.
You bring sound judgement, organisational capability, and the ability to manage a broad and varied workload across people, processes, and priorities. You are also confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders in environments where relationship management and community awareness matter.
