Do you enjoy turning data into insights that help an organisation make better decisions?

We are looking for an Organisational Insights Partner who can turn data into insights that help the organisation make better people and business decisions.

In this role, you will work across workforce analysis, organisational development and business decision support, translating people and organisational data into clear actions and evidence-based recommendations that strengthen how we understand our workforce, organisation and people priorities.

Key Responsibility Areas

- People and Organisational Insights
Examples: workforce analytics, organisational diagnostics, insight generation

- Engagement and Change Measurement
Examples: engagement surveys, cultural change measurement, action-oriented reporting

- Workforce and Talent Planning
Examples: workforce planning, skills insights, talent pipeline analysis

- Stakeholder Advisory
Examples: decision support, recommendations, business partnering

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Independently drive analytics and insight work related to workforce, talent and organisational development topics
  • Translate people and workforce data into clear narratives, recommendations and decision support for HR and business stakeholders
  • Conduct exploratory and diagnostic analyses to identify trends, risks, root causes and improvement opportunities
  • Lead the analysis, reporting and interpretation of people engagement surveys, using findings to identify organisational themes, inform leadership actions and support workforce and organisational planning
  • Use internal and external data to support workforce planning, skills-based decisions, talent development and organisational priorities
  • Measure and assess the impact of people initiatives, including cultural change, learning effectiveness and broader organisational development efforts

Scope and Level

This role operates with a meaningful degree of independence and is expected to lead analytics and organisational insight work from question framing through analysis to recommendation. The role is expected to take initiative, proactively identify relevant opportunities for analysis, and apply sound judgement in selecting the approaches that generate the most meaningful perspectives and actionable insights.

It contributes through interpretation, constructive challenge and advisory support, and is expected to influence decisions through expertise and insight.

Experience and Capabilities

  • Relevant experience within People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Talent Analytics, Organisational Development or a related field
  • Ability to independently conduct analysis and translate findings into actionable business insight
  • Good understanding of workforce dynamics, organisational effectiveness and employee engagement drivers
  • Experience with engagement surveys, organisational diagnostics or similar people insight tools
  • Strong analytical capability, including experience with e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python or similar
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders through insight
  • Experience from HR, People & Organisation or a related people-focused context is an advantage, but not a requirement
