Our Organisational Development team helps create an organisation where people can learn, grow and thrive. We design and deliver development opportunities that build capability, strengthen leadership and support our wider organisational priorities.
As part of the People and Culture team, you’ll play an important role in making sure our development activity has a real impact. You’ll work alongside colleagues across the organisation, as well as facilitators, coaches and external providers, helping to create positive and engaging learning experiences.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where your organisation, curiosity and ideas will make a genuine difference.
As our Organisational Development Coordinator and Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of coordinating and evaluating our development activity, with a particular focus on our Management Development Programme.
You’ll bring people, information and activity together to make sure programmes run smoothly and deliver what they set out to achieve. From coordinating schedules, communications and materials to working with facilitators, coaches and external providers, you’ll make sure participants and stakeholders have a great experience.
You’ll also bring an analytical eye to our work. You’ll monitor participation, progress and outcomes, gather feedback and turn data into meaningful insights. Your analysis will help us understand what’s working, where we can improve and how our development programmes can have even greater impact.
Relationship-building will be at the heart of the role. You’ll work with people across the organisation, listening to different perspectives, keeping stakeholders informed and creating strong connections that help us deliver joined-up development activity.
You’ll also have the opportunity to spot improvements, solve problems and take ownership of your work. Whether you’re coordinating a complex programme activity, responding to a stakeholder query or turning evaluation data into a recommendation, your contribution will help us continuously improve how we support our people.
You’ll be a highly organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys bringing people, activity and information together. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, keeping track of detail and making sure things happen when they need to.
You’ll have experience coordinating activities within a programme, project or organisational initiative, working with a range of stakeholders and external providers to deliver shared outcomes. You’ll also have experience collecting, analysing and presenting data, feedback or insights, with the ability to turn information into clear and useful recommendations.
You’ll be a confident communicator who can adapt your approach to different audiences, build positive relationships and make people feel listened to and included. Collaboration is particularly important in this role, so you’ll enjoy working across teams, sharing information and bringing different perspectives together.
You’ll also bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
Above all, you’ll be curious about how things can be better. You’ll take ownership, use your initiative, respond positively to changing priorities and be motivated by the opportunity to help people learn, develop and succeed.
The role you are applying for is a flexible role, and whilst you will be posted initially to a team, this may require movement between teams as the flow of work dictates. You will of course understand that this flexible approach enables us to provide the best possible service to our registrants and reach the outcomes to our cases quickly and within a reasonable timeframe. This will not change your terms and conditions and will be discussed with you prior to you taking up the post.
