And you play a role in that. A big one. The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.

Could that be you?

Your opportunity:

The Organisational Culture Manager reports to the Head of Culture & Leadership and will turn our cultural ambition into day-to-day behaviour, leadership rhythms and customer-centric decisions. A strong influencer and program leader, you’ll orchestrate culture initiatives enterprise-wide and enable leaders to role-model, reinforce and sustain the shifts that matter.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-impact culture programs that inspire people, shift habits and deliver measurable uplift in organisational health and customer outcomes.
  • Manage the culture programs end to end, effectively planning, sequencing and tracking all activity to ensure each are delivered effectively and achieve their objectives.
  • Culture Measurement, Insights & Storytelling

  • Transform data into powerful stories, translating complex insights into clear opportunities and recommendations.
  • Culture Activation, Leadership Enablement & Engagement
  • Bring our cultural ambition to life through inspiring frameworks, behaviours and rituals that shape how we recruit, lead, develop and recognise our people.
  • Ensure major change efforts are culture-first and leadership-led, making sure every transformation reinforces the behaviours that drive customer and business success.
  • Design effective reinforcement mechanisms across the EX (nudges, rituals, tools and recognition) that keep behaviour change alive long after programs end.
  • Governance, Reporting & Executive Engagement
  • Shape the culture conversation at Executive level, delivering deep, insight-rich reporting that drives focus, accountability and momentum.
  • Provide expert guidance into Sustainability, Annual Reporting and risk processes, positioning culture as a strategic engine for performance and customer impact.
  • Leadership
  • Lead and grow a team of Culture & OD specialists, building deep mastery in behaviour change, OD, leadership and organisational health.

What you’ll bring:

  • Deep experience in culture change, organisational development and behaviour‑science‑led transformation, with a track record shaping culture at enterprise scale.
  • Strong data mindset with capability in analytics, pattern recognition and insight generation, using evidence to prioritise what will shift behaviours most effectively and sustainably.
  • Experience delivering customer culture programs or customer‑first mindset shifts across diverse teams.
  • High proficiency with culture measurement tools and strong Excel/visualisation skills; confident using AI-assisted insight tools to elevate decision-making.
  • Strong program delivery discipline, with proven ability to run complex, multi‑layered programs that manage risks, dependencies and value realisation.
