About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Culture & Capability, you will lead the design and delivery of impactful enterprise-wide culture, leadership and talent initiatives that create measurable business and people outcomes.
You’ll blend strategic thinking, practical hands-on delivery and stakeholder influence to drive multiple initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness. Operating with end-to-end accountability, you will lead assigned initiatives from concept through to implementation, adoption and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions are practical, engaging and aligned to business priorities.
Specifically, this will include:
• Designing and delivering impactful organisational culture and capability programs that strengthens our desired culture and peoples’ capability.
• Developing and embedding leadership frameworks and programs that strengthen leadership capability and shape future leadership pipelines
• Translating engagement, workforce and culture insights into meaningful actions and interventions
• Partnering with senior leaders, P&C teams and business stakeholders to deliver integrated people solutions, informed by data and insights and best practice
• Working with the D&I Specialist to deliver on D&I Strategy, Reconciliation Action Plan and Gender Equality priorities.
• Delivering employee engagement and listening programs, including survey design and insights analysis, reporting and recommending organisational activity to uplift employee engagement.
• Evolving and embedding our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employee experience
• Contributing to strategic workforce and organisational planning.
Managing external partners and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes
To be considered:
You are a strategic and outcome minded professional who thrives in complex, evolving environments. You’re equally comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and rolling up your sleeves to deliver practical outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
We also seek:
• Deep experience designing, developing and delivering culture, leadership and capability programs, frameworks and initiatives
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from concept through to execution and embedment on time and in budget.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capability
• Strong consulting, influencing and communication skills
• Ability to analyse and interpret people data to inform decision-making
• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and priorities in a complex environment
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capability
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast paced and transforming organisation.
Qualifications or accreditations such as Prosci, Hogan or HBDI and Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business, Learning & Development or a related discipline are preferred and highly regarded.
