Internal Communications & Messaging

  • Develop and deliver clear, consistent, and timely internal communications aligned to project milestones.
  • Tailor messaging to different audiences, regions, and levels of change impact.
  • Coordinate communications across the project portfolio to reduce noise, duplication, and confusion.

Adoption, Readiness & Transition to Business as Usual

  • Define and track change readiness, adoption, and engagement measures.
  • Support training, reinforcement, and transition activities to enable sustained ways of working.
  • Ensure effective handover of change ownership to operational and functional teams.

PMO Integration & Governance
