Job Description

The Organisational Change Execution Team is responsible for supporting the people-related consequences and implementation of organisational changes. The team contributes to the execution of activities under the Social Plan in the context of advisory requests and ensures a consistent application of agreed policies and processes.

As an Organisational Change Execution Advisor, you support and carry out activities in the areas of the Social Plan, work-to-work programmes, and QBR epics. You advise the business and HR Business Partners on people-related consequences within established frameworks and support the implementation of instruments from the Social Plan within advisory requests. You handle standard to moderately complex epics and advisory requests and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Inform and advise the business and HRBPs on people-related consequences within agreed policies and guidelines.

  • Support and execute instruments from the Social Plan within advisory requests.

  • Handle standard and moderately complex epics and advisory requests, and escalate where necessary.

  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, knowledge sessions, and process improvements within and beyond the team.

  • Workflow management and administration of Power Automate solutions.

  • Mobility Lead: Support the guidance of redundant employees and carry out related manager tasks in Workday.

What do you bring?

  • A completed higher professional education degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or a similar field.

  • Experience with the execution of organisational changes or in an HR advisory role.

  • Solid knowledge of Workday (experience with OrgStudio is a plus).

  • Insight into end-to-end processes related to organisational change and mobility.

  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity for data and reporting; you are able to translate insights into practical actions and a longer-term vision.

  • Experience with mobility and contract management (typically 2–4 years).

  • Several years of experience in capacity management, prioritisation, project-based work, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while monitoring different timelines.

  • Experience collaborating with internal and external mobility partners.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across different disciplines.

  • Knowledge of change management principles and the willingness to further develop in this area.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

  • A hands-on, can-do mentality.
