Overview

You will join the Organisation & Outsourcing Control team of Eurizon Capital SGR Luxembourg Branch, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment and contributing to the management of a broad range of activities, such as coordinating fund setup, reorganisations and events (i.e. dividend, mergers), coordinating the delegated Investment manager’s relations, performimng controls on outsourced activities and maintaining the Company’s Product database, procedures and operational documentation.

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for:

• Performs daily Operating Data controls on external activities related to the fund management process and participate in the preparation of periodic reports on the quality of outsourced service providers to the Conducting Officers
• Assists in the Fund’s operational Activities from set ups to liquidation
• Perform the Due Diligences on the externalized providers
• Facilitate and coordinate the non-standard operating processes, like, corporate actions, onboardings, capital calls, etc.
• Maintains internal Products’ Database updated and accurate following events or product changes and assists in performing quality controls over the data
• Responds to internal and external requests regarding data and administrative information related to the Company’s funds
• Collaborates in the preparation and update of Operating Memorandum, specific policies, procedures and reports on internal processes on the basis of Holding Company's requirements and requested tools.

Who we are looking for

• 2-5 of experience in similar role are required
• MS Office
• English and Italian
• Statistical and analytical skills
• Accounting finance and UCITS regulations
• Master’s Degree in Finance or equivalent
