Novo Nordisk Indonesia is looking for a curious, proactive and people-oriented individual to join our People & Organisation team as an Organisational Change Management Intern. Your new role

As an Organisational Change Management Intern, you will support the team in driving change initiatives that shape how we work, lead and grow as an organisation. It's a hands-on opportunity to learn how change management brings strategy to life – while contributing to projects that have a real impact on culture, ways of working and employee experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the planning and execution of organisational change initiatives across Novo Nordisk Indonesia
  • Assisting in stakeholder mapping, engagement activities and change communications to bring people along on the journey
  • Supporting to design tools, templates and materials that support change adoption – including presentations, playbooks and visual assets
  • Conducting research and gathering insights on change management best practices, employee sentiment and adoption metrics
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with People & Organisation colleagues, leaders and business stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are well-coordinated and impactful

Internship duration: 3 August 2026 – 5 February 2027, based in Jakarta. Internship allowance provided.

You will join our People & Organisation (P&O) team, working closely with experienced professionals passionate about shaping how Novo Nordisk evolves as an organisation. Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a curious, proactive and people-oriented individual who is excited to learn how organisational change management drives transformation in a global organisation. You will bring with you:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree programme in any major from a reputable university; a STEM background, Organisational Psychology, or Human Resource Management is preferred
  • Strong interest in human interaction and engagement, proven through experiences in organisational settings such as part-time jobs, internships or volunteer roles within NGOs
  • High level of curiosity and the ability to independently seek out relevant information, data and resources
  • Project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate and deliver across multiple priorities
  • Design skills, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging visual materials
