We are currently looking for an Organic Discovery Manager who will be integral to driving organic performance and AI visibility of our brands in the USA.Working as part of the Organic Discovery team, reporting to the Head of Organic, this role contributes to the general business growth plans in the region and is responsible for developing organic strategy that drives impactful results. You will combine your passion for organic search with your capacity for driving growth. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
Lead technical optimisation roadmap and AI automation delivery, working with the tech and AI teams to implement initiatives.
Direct high-impact outreach development programmes in partnership with PR teams and external agencies to build domain authority.
Collaborate across content, marketing, development, and agency partners to plan, audit, and optimise editorial and transactional content for sustained ranking improvements.
Track, analyse, and report on organic performance - translating data insights into clear actions and proactively communicating progress to stakeholders and leadership.
5+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of driving organic growth (ideally USA market experience, but not necessary), across on-page, technical, and off-page disciplines.
Solid understanding of AI platforms, LLM concepts, and emerging search trends, with the ability to translate them into forward-thinking strategy.
Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Majestic, paired with a strong data-driven mindset.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, freelancers, and external agencies while working independently and at pace.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the strategic thinking to turn insights into impactful, actionable plans.
