Affect is expanding. Building on our success in substance use disorder care, we are continuing to grow our clinical leadership team to support high-quality, accessible care across markets.
Our model combines licensed clinicians, innovative technology, and a deeply human approach to care—supporting individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.
As we expand in Oregon, we are seeking a Counselor Supervisor to lead, develop, and support a team of clinicians while helping drive strong clinical outcomes and operational excellence.
This is a hybrid leadership role based in the Portland metro area. The Counselor Supervisor will oversee a team of counselors and therapists, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong clinical performance, and alignment with Affect’s treatment model.
This role blends clinical supervision, team leadership, performance management, and program development—ideal for someone who enjoys building, coaching, and improving systems while staying connected to clinical work.
At Affect, you’ll do more than supervise—you’ll build, lead, and elevate a team delivering meaningful care every day. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where your voice, experience, and ideas directly shape how care is delivered.
Join us as we expand our mission—empowering recovery, healing, and hope through modern, accessible care!!!
