Logistics Employee Order Picker

What will you be doing?

You collect daily orders for our branches. You work with a fully automated order‑picking system and use a handheld scanner and electronic picking cart to gather products. The terminal on your cart shows exactly which items you need. You pick for multiple branches at once and place the carts on the correct route. You keep the department tidy and report when a product is out of stock. Together with your colleagues, you ensure every order is complete and ready on time.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurately collecting orders using modern equipment. You monitor the quality of the process, identify missing items and keep the department clean and organized. You work at a steady pace while remaining precise, ensuring branches always receive exactly what they ordered. You contribute to a smooth logistics process and work closely with colleagues to complete all orders on time.

Working hours

Monday to Friday: 05:15–12:45, 07:00–15:00, or 13:00–21:00

What we offer you

• A maximum gross salary of €2,408.64 according to the GIL CLA, plus allowances for evening hours and for working in cold or freezer areas
• 25 vacation days based on full‑time employment, with the option to purchase 10 additional days

What you bring

You have a positive work attitude and enjoy physical work. You work accurately and maintain oversight, even when it gets busy. Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required. You can handle physically demanding tasks and speak Dutch or English. You enjoy working with colleagues and make sure the job is done neatly and on time. You learn quickly and are open to new systems and ways of working.
