Logistics Employee Order Picker Day Shift

What you will do

You collect daily orders for our customers from the Sligro Delivery Service in Breda. You work with a fully automated order‑picking system and use a finger scanner and electronic picking cart to gather products. The terminal on your cart shows exactly which items you need. You pick orders for multiple customers at the same time and place the carts on the correct route. You keep the department tidy and report when an item is out of stock. Together with your colleagues, you ensure every order is complete and ready on time.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurately collecting orders using modern equipment. You monitor the quality of the process, identify missing items and keep the department clean and organised. You work at a good pace while staying precise, ensuring customers always receive exactly what they ordered. You contribute to a smooth logistics process and support colleagues whenever needed.

Working hours

Monday: 08:00–17:00 Tuesday to Friday: 08:00–16:00 A certain degree of flexibility is appreciated.

What we offer you

• A maximum gross salary of €2,408.64 according to the GIL Collective Labour Agreement, including allowances for night and cold‑storage work.
• 25 vacation days based on full‑time employment, with the option to purchase 10 additional days.

What you bring

You have a positive work attitude and enjoy being physically active. You work accurately and maintain oversight, even when it gets busy. Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required. You are physically capable of performing heavier tasks. You have a reach‑truck certificate or are willing to obtain one. You speak Dutch or English and enjoy working together with colleagues.
