Job Description

Order to Delivery Coordinator - BeluxBrusselsFull-timeProduction / Manufacturing / Processing - Automobile sales and servicesResponsibilities•Manage order pipeline including order validation, configuration checks, and pricing approvals
•Track vehicle flow including production status, logistics milestones, and ETA management
•Coordinate registration readiness, documentation, invoicing triggers, and handover timing
•Communicate proactively with Sales and Delivery on changes, constraints, and priorities
•Maintain clean data in systems including VIN allocation, order status, and customer detailsQualifications•Minimum 3 years in automotive operations, sales operations, logistics, or order to delivery
•High accuracy and strong stakeholder management
•Comfort with systems and Excel level reporting
•Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as automotive, commercial, business, or similar is required.
•Trilingual: Dutch Flemish, French, and English.
